Angela Stewart Ary

Angela S. Ary is a native of Columbus, Ohio. Ms. Ary became a "southern transplant" in May, 2003. Practice Areas: Bankruptcy Business/Commercial Litigation Business Transactions General Corporate Law Intellectual Property - (Trademark & Copyright) Ms. Ary represents a number of small to mid-size businesses involved in all aspects of a business's life cycle. Ms. Ary has experience in handling business formations, contract drafting, applications for federal trademark registration, stock issuances, corporate recordkeeping, collections, and dissolutions. Ms. Ary has gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in representing consumers and businesses in Chapters 7, 13 and 11 bankruptcy cases. Ms. Ary has represented many small business owners in the winding up of company affairs and the individual's Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy case. Mr. Ary's recent representations have included: Serving as co-local counsel to the Liquidating Trustee for the Estates of Verilink Corporation and Larscom Incorporated. Serving as lead Chapter 11 bankruptcy counsel for Johnson Systems, Inc. Serving as Chapter 11 bankruptcy counsel for the jointly administered cases of Blue Ridge Newspapers, Inc., Cape Fear Newspapers, Inc., Montgomery County Newspapers, Inc. and West 10 Newspapers, Inc. Serving as association counsel for over 19 homeowners associations in Madison, Limestone and Lauderdale Counties. Ms. Ary was born in Columbus, Ohio and graduated from Reynoldsburg High School in 1995. She attended The Ohio State University as an Academy student in 1994-1995. Ms. Ary graduated magna cum laude from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College Scholars honors program. In 2002, Ms. Ary graduated from the University of Cincinnati, College of Law with a J.D.
