Benjamin C. Heinz

Ben Heinz practices in the Mobile, Alabama office. His practice emphasizes appellate, business, insurance, construction, medical malpractice, and real estate litigation. Mr. Heinz was raised in Mobile, Alabama. He received his undergraduate degree from Duke University in 1998 with majors in Economics and Public Policy. He then returned to Alabama and received his law degree from the University of Alabama in 2001. Mr. Heinz has over 10 years of experience representing clients in the defense of personal injury, product liability, construction defect, medical malpractice, insurance, real estate, and business/contract claims throughout Alabama and Mississippi. He also handled a variety of appellate matters for his clients. Mr. Heinz is licensed to practice law in Alabama and Mississippi. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Alabama and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. He is a member of the Mobile Bar Association, the Alabama State Bar Association and the Mississippi Bar Association.
