Lynn W. Jinks III

Upon graduation from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1974, Lynn W. Jinks, III began his career as a Staff Judge Advocate with the United States Navy. After serving his country for three years, Lynn returned to his hometown of Union Springs in 1978, opening his firm as a solo practitioner. Lynn has been in continuous practice in Bullock County since 1978. Lynn is admitted to practice in Alabama, Louisiana, the District of Colombia, and New York. He is also admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama. Lynn is on the Board of Governors for the Alabama Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of the Alabama State Bar, the Third Judicial Circuit Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Alabama Civil Justice Foundation, and the American Association for Justice. He is also the Chairman of the YMCA board in Union Springs. Born in 1950, Lynn is married to the former Charlotte Vaughan of Tuskegee, Alabama.
