About Nichole Woodburn
Nichole Woodburn is an attorney working out of the Isaak Law Firm's Enterprise office. Prior to being admitted to the Alabama Bar, Nichole graduated cum laude from Faulkner University's Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. While in law school, she served as an editor for the Faulkner Law Review and as a Dean's Fellow. Nichole obtained her bachelor's degree from Troy University, where she graduated summa cum laude and served as the Editor-in-Chief of "The Alexandrian." In 2016, Nichole authored a law review article entitled "NSA Surveillance and Interference with Citizens' Property Rights." Nichole's advocacy for fathers' rights in child custody stems from her experience as the daughter of an active duty soldier for the U.S. Army who gained custody of his children. Nichole understands aspects of divorce from the child's perspective and how the consequences of a divorce can affect children. Nichole's passion for equality in family law drives her to be a fierce advocate for fathers who are traditionally the victims of a biased system. In her spare time, Nichole loves writing briefs and spending time with her friends and family.
