Raymond C. Bryan

Ray Bryan grew up on a dairy farm in Ashland, Alabama and attended Clay County High School. Upon graduation he entered the U.S. Army Security Agency as the war in Viet Nam was coming to an end where he obtained a Top Secret Crypto Security Clearance in his work as an electronic warfare specialist. After completion of his military service Ray returned home to Alabama and began his college education at a community college in Alexander City, Alabama. It was there on the front steps of the church in 1978 that his Pastor at Calvary Heights Baptist Church in Alexander City introduced Ray to his beautiful wife, Robin. They have now been married almost 38 years. They have two daughters and four wonderful grandchildren. Ray obtained his undergraduate degree from Jacksonville State University. He then earned his juris doctorate degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. Ray has been practicing law in Anniston for over 27 years. He maintains a general practice of law and has experience in business law, family law, civil law, criminal law and probate and estate law. He is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Calhoun County Bar Association. Ray appears each Friday on Trinity Broadcasting Radio (WTBJ) that is broadcast across east Alabama and west Georgia with Dr. Grinstead on the Front Porch Fellowship where he answers legal questions from a Christian perspective. He has served and been in leadership positions on the boards of various local charities and civic organizations. He is a Director of Harvest Time International in Sanford, Florida that ministers to the poor around the world. Ray and his wife presently attend Church of the Highlands in Gadsden, Alabama.
