About William D. Anderson

Born in Nurnberg, Germany at U.S. Army Hospital on March 29, 1978, Will grew up in Enterprise Alabama where he received his primary education. Will graduated from Enterprise High School in 1996 and went on to attend Birmingham-Southern College. While attending BSC, Will spent time in Washington, D.C. as an intern to Senator Richard C. Shelby, and as a member of Kappa Alpha Order, he had the privilege of donating his services to The Muscular Dystrophy Association, American Cancer Society, Habitat for Humanity and many other worthy organizations. After graduating from Birmingham-Southern with a degree in Accounting, Will attended Campbell University where he obtained his law degree and Masters in Business Administration in 2003. While in law school, Will served as an associate editor for The Campbell Law Observer and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. Will joined the firm in 2003 after graduation, and is a member of the Firm's Alabama and Florida practices where he focuses on the areas of insurance law, condominium law, construction law and personal injury law. Will has also been admitted to practice in all Federal Courts in Alabama, as well as the Northern District of Florida. Will became a partner in the Firm effective January 1, 2009. Will is a member of the American Bar Association, Alabama Bar Association, Florida Bar Association, Baldwin County Bar Association, Escambia-Santa Rosa Bar Association, Community Association Institute, and Rotary International. Will is a frequent contributor and author of articles for Condo Owner magazine. He also regularly participates as a presenter and speaker at the Condo Owner Educational Symposium held annually in the coastal communities of Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, Alabama. Will, Sarah, daughter Caroline, and their son William reside in Fairhope where they attend the Fairhope United Methodist Church.
