Valerie Delatorre

Valerie joined Birch Horton Bittner & Cherot in 2025. She focuses her practice primarily on estate planning, probate, and transactional business matters. She has helped numerous clients plan for their future by drafting wills and trusts and helped clients navigate the probate process. Prior to joining the Firm she clerked for the Kenai Superior Court for two years. She attended law school at Northeastern University School of Law graduating in 2022. She grew up in Arizona and is a proud Lumberjack alumna having obtained her undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University. When not representing clients, Valerie enjoys hiking in the summer and cross-country skiing in the winter.
