Amie S. Clarke

Ms. Clarke relocated to Phoenix after attending the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and serving in the United States Peace Corps. Since arriving in Arizona, Ms. Clarke's primary profession was real estate and recently received her real estate broker's license. After eight years in real estate, Ms. Clarke earned her Juris Doctorate degree. A graduate of Phoenix School of Law, Ms. Clarke chose to establish a practice in Arizona. Ms. Clarke's years of experience in real estate enables her to provide professional customer service client's expect in the legal field. Ms. Clarke's practice areas focus in real estate law, family law and estate planning. Ms. Clarke handles matters involving divorce, custody, child support, alimony, paternity, domestic violence, juvenile law and other family matters. In regards to real estate, Ms. Clarke advises clients regarding foreclosures, loan modifications, real estate purchases, commercial leases, evictions, contracts and other civil disputes. Estate planning services include wills, trusts, probate, guardianship and conservatorships. These areas of practice require an attorney that responds to clients legal needs adequately and timely.
