Andrew Whitehill

Andrew is an associate attorney at Whitehill Law Offices, P.C. Andrew is a third generation Tucson attorney who is committed to his clients and the Southern Arizona community. After receiving a bachelor’s degree from Knox College in 2015, he attended Drake University Law School, graduating with highest honors in 2019, and was admitted to the Order of Coif. While attending law school, Andrew took an interest in real estate law, interning with Iowa Title Guaranty, and later working in the legal department for the largest local development company. Andrew was a junior staff member for Drake University Law Review, represented indigent clients through Drake Law School Criminal Defense Legal Clinic, and interned for Chief Justice Mark Cady at the Iowa Supreme Court. Upon graduating law school, Andrew moved back to Tucson to practice law with his father James Whitehill. Andrew has provided legal representation to clients big and small in a variety of legal issues, primarily focusing on real estate and business matters. Andrew volunteers with the Step Up To Justice HOME Law Clinic, and in 2023 was recognized by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education as one of the top 50 pro bono attorneys in Arizona. Andrew serves on the Board for the Pima County Bar Association’s Young Lawyer’s Division, and is currently the President-Elect.
