Benjamin Richards

Benjamin Richards is an Associate Attorney who represents people accused of crimes, helping them understand the process and work toward the best possible outcome. He focuses on guiding clients through the criminal justice system while keeping them informed and empowered to make decisions about their case. He is known for being thorough, confident, and insightful. Clients rely on him to break down the most important aspects of their case, collaborate on a strategy, and follow through with negotiations, motions, and trial work. He works closely with his paralegal, Anahi, to make sure every detail is handled and that clients feel supported throughout the process. Before joining the firm, Benjamin began his career as a prosecutor, first handling misdemeanor cases at the Pima County Attorney’s Office and later working on public benefits fraud cases at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. His experience on both sides of the courtroom gives him a unique perspective that he brings to every case. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Lexe, and their son, Nolan. He is also a big basketball fan, following the University of Arizona, the Phoenix Suns, and the Phoenix Mercury.
