Brad Dylan Smith

Brad Smith is a member of the Arizona State Bar and licensed to practice in the State of Arizona and the Arizona Federal District Court. Brad received his degree from the University of Kansas School of Law in 2001. Brad worked for over 5 years as a State felony prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney's Office. Brad handled thousands of felony cases and eventually went into the Major Crimes Vehicular Bureau. Brad focused on aggravated DUIs and vehicular manslaughter cases. Since 2007, Brad has aggressively and successfully defended the rights of those accused of crimes. Brad's experience in defending people accused of crimes has lead to many dismissals and substantial reductions in punishment.
