Chris Rike

Chris began his legal career in family law, helping clients navigate some of the most difficult times of their lives. Family law is a complex area of law and Chris got a lot of experience in the courtroom representing clients in hearings and trials in the Superior Court, as well as in settlement conferences and mediations. Over the years, Chris gained exposure to the practice areas of criminal defense and traffic violations; these areas grabbed Chris’ attention. Chris is passionate about fighting for a smaller government and reducing government intervention in our lives, and criminal defense and traffic violation defense provide the perfect outlet for this passion. Most of Chris' clients are well-intentioned people who simply made a mistake, or who did not even know they were breaking the law, and who then find themselves tied up in a quagmire of government bureaucracy, facing steep fines and/or a criminal conviction. Chris helps clients navigate an intimidating court system and fight against government overreach.
