James A. Charnesky

My practice is, and always has been committed to criminal defense. I have NEVER prosecuted, and have ALWAYS fought for the rights of the accused. Prior to private practice, I spent over five years as an Assistant Pima County Public Defender where over the course of defending thousands of criminal cases I he earned a reputation as a smart and zealous defender of my clients rights. Over the years I have handled thousands of criminal cases, more then half of which where DUI or alcohol related offenses. In addition to my formal law school training, I have attended numerous legal education seminars, the majority of which involved specialized training in DUI and criminal defense.
