Justin Davis

Justin R. Davis is a well-seasoned attorney with more than twenty years of experience in counseling and guiding clients through their legal issues. He represents buyers, sellers, developers, and investors in a wide variety of complex commercial transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, development, land use and entitlements, financing and leasing of improved and unimproved real estate properties for a variety of portfolios. Project types range from single user medical buildings to large multi-building medical complexes, industrial, restaurants, commercial retail and shopping centers, gas stations and car washes, as well as professional office and financial institutions. Justin advises clients on complex business planning, business structures including medical and dental practices, asset purchase agreements, and buy-sell agreements. His litigation practice consists of a variety of related commercial and civil litigation matters. Justin’s practice is located in Peoria, Arizona where he resides with his wife and their daughter. He enjoys cycling, skiing, and anything that takes him outdoors.
