Melissa Kleminski Bower

Calling Melissa “Wonder Woman” is not far off the mark. She worked full time while attending nights at University of Denver Law School. Working her way through law school, she held a variety of jobs from hotel front desk clerk, to legal assistant, to university admissions assistant. During this busy time, Melissa also held externships and volunteered in legal programs. She was no stranger to hard work. She had already received an undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona. It was in South New Jersey as a Judicial Clerk to a family court judge, her desire to practice family law was solidified upon her return to Arizona. People around the office know Melissa to be funny, compassionate, and fair. She realizes how challenging divorce and child custody matters can be. She knows that her clients are going through one of the most difficult times in their lives and need to trust that she will be honest and forthcoming about what may or may not happen. Melissa believes in complete honesty, so her clients know what to expect and can prepare. She believes communication is essential for the best possible outcome in the case and keeps each of her clients involved every step of the way. With Melissa as your attorney, be assured she will assist you in reaching a resolution outside the courtroom if possible. Every case is important with unique circumstances. Outside of the office, Melissa and her husband are want-to-be foodies and adventurers, they travel wherever and whenever they can. During law school, Melissa participated in a month-long summer abroad program that took her to Beijing, China, a truly “humbling experience.” She volunteers with the 'Ask a Lawyer' program and for Habitat for Humanity. Among her favorite things are her kids, photography, and following the D-Backs. Big fans, Melissa, her Dad, and her kids try to make it to at least one D-Backs game a month.
