ReNae A. Nachman Esq.

ReNae Nachman is an Associate Attorney with Schneider & Onofry. She graduated from Arizona State University College of Law with a J.D. in 2003. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Justice Studies at Arizona State University in 2000. She is currently admitted to practice in the Superior Courts of the State of Arizona, the Supreme Court of Arizona, and Arizona Federal District Court. She is a member of the Arizona Bar Association. She practices in the areas of personal injury, dental and medical malpractice, wrongful death, contract disputes including experience in litigating and managing large civil breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty claims through trial including involving in excess of 20,000 pages of documents. She is experienced in Dram Shop liability, slip and fall, automobile accident, contract disputes, neighbor disputes, worker's compensation claims, Federal Employers' Liability Act (FELA) claims, sexual harassment, and construction defect litigation including defects related to stucco, sewers, roofing and waterproofing defects in single-family residential homes and commercial apartments. ReNae has experience in representing individuals, businesses, bars, restaurants, subcontractors and general contractors against claims of negligence, breach of contract, breach of implied and express warranties, and against claims for indemnity, violations of statutes and punitive damages.
