Scott Reynolds

Scott Reynolds has over twenty-eight years of legal experience. He represents individuals and various industries in litigation and transactional matters. Scott has tried cases to a jury, and has successfully litigated a variety of disputes including general liability, personal injury, product liability, trade secret, aviation, health care professional liability, premises liability, corporate (officer/director), real estate, liens, UCC, banking, bankruptcy, construction, and contract disputes, among others. Scott has successfully closed a variety of transactional matters ranging from real estate transactions, financing documents, to stock and/or asset sales or purchase agreements among others. Scott Reynolds has advised both individuals and companies on risk management, and is instrumental in developing efficient and cost-effective strategies for his clients. He also has international experience having worked with international firms to guide his clients through the complex web of international laws. For instance, Mr. Reynolds recently advised on a mining company special purpose entity which involved the coordination of multiple jurisdictions. Scott is admitted to the Arizona and New York bar associations.
