Preston T. Sanders

Preston T. Sanders graduated from the University of Central Arkansas where he gained a degree in Economics, with a focus in International Trade. Preston received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude. Preston grew up in Conway, Arkansas, where he went on to establish The Sanders Firm PLLC in 2016 with his brother and partner, Landon T. Sanders. He began as an eager pupil of the law while studying at UCA, and served as the firm’s notary public and office manager. He utilized the skills he learned at UCA as an economics major to help transform The Sanders Firm into what it is today. During his time at The Sanders Firm, Preston developed a particular interest in Criminal Defense and focused his studies during school to further that interest. He has since continued that pursuit, serving as special prosecutor, and traveling the greater part of the State of Arkansas for trial practice. Throughout this time, he has gained invaluable experience and attended advanced training across the country. Preston understands that each and every client is unique. He is goal-oriented and enjoys tailoring his work to the particular client and matter at hand so that each client’s expectations are fully satisfied, and the best possible outcome under the circumstances is achieved.
