Aaron M. Olsen

Aaron Olsen is a partner of Haeggquist & Eck, LLP’s employment law and complex consumer litigation departments. His work has resulted in hundreds of individual labor and employment law cases that recovered millions of dollars in damages. Aaron was notably on the trial team during a disability discrimination lawsuit against Kaiser Permanente. He has also served as co-lead counsel in prosecuting class action lawsuits regarding consumer fraud actions, defective products, unpaid wages and hours disputes, and claims of false advertisement. Aaron has also successfully litigated against major corporations such as Sony, Apple, AT&T, and UFC. In Haeggquist & Eck, LLP’s action against Donald Trump and Trump University, Aaron served as co-lead counsel on a team that negotiated a $25 million settlement.
