Alexander Boris

Alexander Boris is a litigator and senior trial attorney at J&Y Law Firm in Los Angeles, CA. He specializes in cases involving wrongful death, catastrophic injury, motor vehicle accidents, and premise liability. Mr. Boris started his career working on the defense side for a nationally recognized top 100 firm, focusing on catastrophic injuries. He quickly realized how badly the big insurance companies were taking advantage of people. Learning the tactics used by the insurance companies in defending themselves made him better equipped to go to battle against them. Mr. Boris has successfully negotiated millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of his clients. He was named to the Super Lawyers Rising Stars list from 2020 – 2023 and the National Trial Lawyers Top 40 under 40. Mr. Boris grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada, and attended Yeshiva University in New York, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. He attended law school at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law. He is admitted to practice law in California and Nevada. Mr. Boris is currently a proud member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the Los Angeles Bar Association. When Mr. Boris is not fighting insurance companies, he enjoys the outdoors, including hiking with his family and dog.
