Ann M. Eberts

Ann M. Eberts is an associate in the Civil Litigation department. After graduating from Northeastern State University in 2003 and earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Philosophy, Ms. Eberts attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law on an LSAT Scholarship and received her Juris Doctorate in 2006. While attending Thomas Jefferson, Ms. Eberts earned a position on the school’s competitive mock trial team and won first place in the 2005 Western Division ABA Labor and Employment Law Trial Advocacy Competition, second place in the invitational 2006 John Marshall 16th Annual National Criminal Justice Trial Advocacy Competition, and second place in the 2006 Texas Young Lawyers Association West Coast Regional Competition. Prior to joining McCarthy & Holthus, Ms. Eberts was part of the business and employment litigation practice groups for a large multistate law firm.
