About Anne B. Shaver
Upholding the Rights of Employees Anne B. Shaver is a partner in our San Francisco office with a focus on employment law cases. A 2007 graduate of UC Berkeley, Boalt Hall School of Law, Anne was a student director of the Workers' Rights Clinic of Centro Legal de la Raza in Oakland, and a volunteer at the Legal Aid Society - Employment Law Center. She is active in wage and hour, employment discrimination, and antitrust cases. Prior to joining our firm, Anne served as a law clerk to the Honorable Betty B. Fletcher of the Ninth Circuit U.S Court of Appeals. She was a litigation associate at Davis, Graham & Stubbs in Denver, where she practiced commercial litigation and pro bono civil rights litigation.
