Anya Ready

Since 2008, Anya Ready has represented title insurance companies, developers, homeowners and lenders in addressing a wide variety of complex commercial and residential real property issues and title insurance claims. Ms. Ready’s practice is currently focused on investigating and resolving title curative matters including encroachments, legal access, boundary line disputes, easements, liens, governmental regulations, encumbrances, property taxes, assessed ownership and condominium and homeowner association issues. Ms. Ready earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, Magna Cum Laude, from California State University, Fullerton and her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. Ready completed several internships including positions at the County of San Diego Department of the Alternate Public Defender, Adult Criminal and Dependency Divisions, and the Family Law Facilitator. Ms. Ready also served as a member of the Moot Court Society, the Society of Law and Medicine and the Pro Bono Honors Program.
