Ben Yeroushalmi

Ben Yeroushalmi is an aggressive litigator experienced in protecting the rights of the elderly and consumers across California. Mr. Yeroushalmi also has extensive experience in class and representative actions. Throughout his eight years of practice in intensive complex litigation, Mr. Yeroushalmi has been instrumental in achieving significant victories on behalf of the public throughout the state of California, including on behalf of residents of Skilled Nursing Facilities. Through both individual and class action cases against Skilled Nursing Facilities and their corporate operators, Mr. Yeroushalmi has been a catalyst for valuable changes in business operations, particularly with regards to staffing levels and improvements in quality of care, resulting in tangible benefits to California's elderly population. He has also secured the implementation of hundreds of changes in harmful business practices that on a daily basis protect Californians from and inform them about the dangers of carcinogens and reproductive toxins. Mr. Yeroushalmi is a strong advocate for the elderly and disabled. As the founder of one of California's premier Elder Abuse and Neglect firms, Mr. Yeroushalmi understands the legal and emotional complexities of elder abuse and wrongful death actions and represents each of his clients with vigor, compassion and a great sense of purpose. Applying a multi-disciplinary approach to litigating both individual and class actions on behalf of victims of abuse and neglect at California nursing homes, Mr. Yeroushalmi is recognized as one of the best elder abuse practitioners in California. Mr. Yeroushalmi also has also helped represent thousands of aggrieved consumers in several consumer class actions, including the "Bank Privacy" cases against several major financial institutions and other instances where large classes of consumers have been injured by unfair and unsavory business practices. His experiences in representative actions have included several successful journeys to the Appellate Courts, one of which resulted not only in a victory, but also a significant benefit on behalf of the public. Currently, Mr. Yeroushalmi serves as lead counsel on certified class actions against Skilled Nursing Facilities for understaffing affecting thousands of residents of California nursing homes. Mr. Yeroushalmi is an experienced trial attorney, and passionately prepares each case for trial from its inception, utilizing the experiences and resources available to him to obtain the maximum results for each and every one of his clients.
