Carolina Faccin

I graduated cum laude from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in May 2021 and began my legal career with the California Department of Justice in the Correctional Law Section. There, I served as defense counsel representing the California Department of Corrections, litigating complex constitutional law issues and developing a strong foundation in high-stakes advocacy. Currently, I practice at JCL Law Group, A.P.C., where I focus on employment and labor law as plaintiff’s counsel. I am committed to advocating for employees and ensuring their rights are protected in the workplace. My diverse background across multiple practice areas allows me to approach each case with both strategic precision and a client-centered perspective. In addition to my practice, I serve as an Adjunct Professor at Thomas Jefferson School of Law, where I teach “Multiple Choice Mastery,” a bar preparation course designed to help law students improve their performance and increase their odds of passing the bar exam. Teaching allows me to give back to the legal community and support the next generation of lawyers as they begin their own careers.
