Carson M. Turner

Carson M. Turner is an attorney at Aequitas Legal Group. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2022 with Pro Bono Honors and a Certificate in Public Interest and Social Justice. While in law school, Carson was an editor of the California Law Review and the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law. She was co-director of the Wage Justice Clinic, assisting workers filing wage and hour claims with the California Labor Commissioner. She served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and worked as a summer associate at a prominent plaintiffs’ class action firm in California. Before law school, Carson served as a litigation assistant at a national nonprofit organization specializing in class action disability rights litigation. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with Highest Honors from the University of California, Berkeley, in 2017.
