
About Dania M. Baker
Ms. Baker represents employers throughout the bay area. She handles a wide range of employment issues including counseling and advising employers on hiring/firing, compliance, creating policies, drafting employment contracts, and representation at hearings. She has handled wage and hour, discrimination, sexual harassment, and wrongful termination at the administrative, State and Federal level. She obtained her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (U.C.L.A) with a bachelors in Psychology and Political Science. Having obtained her law degree from Santa Clara University in 2006, she has been an attorney for over 18 years. Ms. Baker is currently a member of the State Bar of California, is admitted to the United States Northern, Eastern and Southern District of California as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
