Daniel H. Abrahamian

Daniel H. Abrahamian received his Bachelors of Science in Microbiology & Molecular Genetics from UCLA in 1999, where he graduated magna cum laude. He then earned his law degree from UCLA School of Law and graduated with a Specialization in Corporate Law in 2002. Daniel was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2002. Daniel first joined Herzfeld & Rubin in 2003 in its medical malpractice group. He quickly garnered the trust and confidence of the clients he represented. Daniel represents healthcare practitioners and medical groups in defending against various claims including medical negligence, elder abuse, and fraud. Daniel is also involved in real estate and business matters and has represented insurers, businesses and individuals concerning construction defect claims, real estate litigation, residential and commercial leasing issues, broker litigation, title issues, real estate transactions, and professional liability claims. Daniel is a licensed real estate broker and Realtor. Daniel is admitted to practice in all California state courts, the United States District Court for the Central District of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Daniel is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association, Armenian Bar Association, National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and Southland Regional Association of Realtors. Daniel was co-appellate counsel in Calderon v. Glick (2005) 131 Cal.App.4th 224 which held that a psychotherapist only has a duty to warn if the information communicated to the therapist leads the therapist to believe his or her patient poses a serious risk of grave bodily injury to another. Daniel resides in Los Angeles with his wife, two kids and dog. In his spare time, Daniel enjoys outdoor activities including boating, hiking, camping, swimming, basketball and soccer.
