Daniel L. Evans

Daniel L. Evans was born and raised in Visalia, California. After law school, Mr. Evans moved back and joined the law firm, then known as Ruddell, Cochran, Stanton, Smith & Bixler, LLP, as an Associate Attorney in 2013. He then became a partner in 2018. Mr. Evans represents business owners, professionals, farmers, dairymen, and the central valley community in business, commercial, agricultural, and real estate transactions; forming and operating business entities (i.e. corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships); and in estate and gift planning, estate and trust administration, and probate litigation. In addition, Mr. Evans represents clients in various civil litigation matters, including breach of contract, partnership disputes, landlord-tenant disputes, construction defects, easement and boundary disputes, condemnation actions, quiet title actions, and partition actions. Mr. Evans also represents many homeowner's associations and other common interest associations in our community. Mr. Evans, his wife, and three children live in the Tulare County countryside, outside Exeter, California. In addition to spending time with his family, Mr. Evans enjoys sports, studying history, and being involved with his community through participation in church, school, and community organizations.
