Darren Michael Cohen

Darren is licensed to practice law in the state of California since 2002. In addition, he has been admitted to The United States District Court for the Central District of California and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. He received a Masters in Professional Accounting and Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin in 1999. He then attended Loyola Law School and was awarded a Juris Doctor in 2002. After Law School, Darren joined Deloitte, where he worked in the Multi-State Tax Controversy Group. Darren then joined Kingsley & Kingsley in 2004, where he focuses on wage and hour matters.
