David M. Ward

David Ward, with over three decades of diverse legal experience, has recently joined The Green Law Group, LLP as an Associate. Bringing a wealth of expertise to his new role, David serves as a pivotal member of the team since joining in March 2024. His responsibilities include providing strategic guidance on expert witness work, including trials, arbitrations, mediations, and depositions, while also preparing and negotiating agreements. David also conducts thorough research of federal and state laws concerning expert testimony within the construction industry. Prior to joining The Green Law Group, David served as a Litigation Case Manager at Health Net, managing a caseload of defense matters related to disputed claims with healthcare professionals. Before that, as Senior Legal Counsel at Anthem Blue Cross of California, he played a crucial role in corporate transactional and litigation activities, focusing on contracts with healthcare providers across multiple states. His tenure at Anthem included significant arbitration experience, handling all hospital arbitrations in California. David received his Juris Doctor degree from Ventura/Santa Barbara Colleges of Law in 1996, ranking eighth in his class. Subsequently admitted to the California Bar in 1997, he expanded his legal credentials by gaining admission to the U.S. Central District Court and U.S. Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 1998.
