Desiree Telep

A Whittier Law School graduate with over 20 years of legal experience in southern California, Desiree Telep joined Morey & Upton, LLP in 2019. Previously, Ms. Telep owned her own firm in Huntington Beach, California and represented clients for personal injury, employment, and business litigation matters. Her experience includes trials, appeals, mediations, negotiations, extensive litigation, and pre-litigation case workup. She received recognition as one of the Daily Journal’s & Top Employment Attorneys of the Year in 2017. At Morey & Upton, LLP, Ms. Telep’s decades of experience is a great asset in mentoring case managers, counseling clients, litigating cases, negotiating settlements, and maximizing recoveries.
