Douglas Powell

Douglas Powell is dedicated to the practice of family law in California. Since coming to Kaspar & Lugay, LLP, he has advocated for clients in a variety of financial and custody matters. With a pre-law professional background as a software developer, he favors creative, solution-oriented, conflict resolution while also preparing for necessary litigation. Mr. Powell graduated cum laude from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, where he received a Witkin Award in California Appellate Procedure and was a judicial extern for the Honorable Stuart R. Pollak of the California Courts of Appeal. Before attending law school, he attended graduate school at the University of Southern California and graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, San Diego, where he was a Regents Scholar.
