Earl R. Wallace

EARL R. WALLACE is the managing partner of the Irvine office of Wallace, Richardson, Sontag & Le, LLP. Mr. Wallace represents landlords, property management companies, lenders and employers in real estate, landlord-tenant and business litigation. Mr. Wallace obtained his bachelor's degree from UCLA in 1989 and his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Loyola Law School in 1994. Mr. Wallace is admitted to the United States District Court of California (Southern, Central, Eastern and Northern Districts) and to the United States Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Wallace also holds a California Real Estate Brokers' License. Mr. Wallace has served as co-general counsel to the REO Managers Association of California (REOMAC) and is a founding member of U.S. REO Partners. Mr. Wallace has acheived an AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
