Emma Dyre Goldstein

Emma graduated summa cum laude from the University of San Diego, earning a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in law, crime, and justice. Before attending law school, Emma interned with the California Innocence Project, where she developed a passion for advocating for justice. Emma attended the University of San Diego School of Law as a Dean's Honor Scholarship recipient, the highest academic scholarship awarded by the institution. She graduated with a concentration in Civil Litigation, demonstrating her dedication to trial advocacy and client representation. During law school, she was a member of the Moot Court team and competed in oral advocacy competitions, further honing her litigation and persuasive speaking skills. Emma worked as a law clerk for several prominent insurance companies, where she gained valuable insight into defense litigation. Ultimately, she discovered her true calling in plaintiff's work, where she now dedicates her career to advocating for injured individuals and ensuring they receive the justice and compensation they deserve. Outside of work, Emma is a volunteer with Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), supporting and mentoring children in foster care. Emma enjoys staying active with Pilates and golf and spending time at the beach with her husband and two dogs.
