Eric B. Kingsley

Eric, a graduate of Loyola Law School has concentrated his practice on "wage law" for over 16 years. He has litigated cases in state and federal court and has authored several appellate briefs. Eric is currently handling dozens of class actions regarding the failure to provide meal and rest breaks, overtime and other issues. In addition to his time at work, Eric dedicates his time to several non-profit organizations. He advises them on both legal and other issues. As part of his desire to help out the disadvantaged, Eric donates his time to Bet Tzedek, a legal aid organization where he does pro bono legal work on behalf of garment workers who are paid less than minimum wage. Eric is currently the Chair of the Anti-Defamation League’s Pacific Southwest Region where he helps fight discrimination and bias in all walks of life.
