Gerald A. Clausen

Attorney Gerald Clausen has been certified as an Appellate Law Specialist by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Clausen is rated AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He has been named a Northern California "Super Lawyer" in each year since that accolade was established in 2004. Mr. Clausen began his career as a personal injury trial lawyer, trying several cases to verdict. He thus brings a unique perspective to the practice of appellate law. He holds a J.D. from Hastings College of the Law, an M.A. in psychology from the University of New Mexico, and a B.A. from Occidental College.
