Gina Azzolino

Gina Azzolino joined MTSA in July 2010. A partner and a Certified Family Law Specialist, she has practiced family law exclusively since 2005. Prior to joining MTSA, she practiced family law at another law firm in San Jose for almost five years. Ms. Azzolino has significant experience in all areas of family law, including child custody and visitation, child support, spousal support, domestic violence, date of separation disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, set-aside of a prenuptial agreement, property division, reimbursement claims and other complex financial issues. Ms. Azzolino works closely and regularly with forensic accountants and mental health professionals to reach successful results for her clients. With considerable courtroom experience, including law and motion practice, settlement conferences and trials, Ms. Azzolino's legal experience also includes immigration, bankruptcy and contested guardianship matters which often overlap with family law matters. Ms. Azzolino received her undergraduate degree from the University of California at Davis in 2000. She double majored in International Relations and Italian, going on to receive her law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law. In law school she participated in Honors Moot Court and gained clinical experience at the East San Jose Community Law Center. After being admitted to the California State Bar in December 2004, Ms. Azzolino became an active member of the Family Law Section of the Santa Clara County Bar Association.
