Hovsep Hovsepyan LL.M., Ph.D.

Hovsep Hovsepyan is a Litigation Attorney at KAASS Law. Hovsep has an LLM degree from UC Berkeley, School of Law. Prior to UC Berkeley, Hovsep earned a Ph.D. from Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia, and LLM and LLB degrees from Yerevan State University. Hovsep is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the Republic of Armenia. Prior to moving to the United States, Hovsep was the general counsel of the National Center for Professional Education Quality Assurance. Hovsep was also a professor of European Union Law at the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia. At KAASS Law, Hovsep's practice focuses on representing clients in litigation and arbitration proceedings. Hovsep speaks Armenian, Russian, French, Italian, and Spanish.
