Hugh Tra

Hugh is Of Counsel to Thakur Law Firm, APC and represents small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), entrepreneurs, executives, and key players in digital media, including social media influencers and content creators. His diverse client base spans across a variety of industries. He advises clients on a multitude of operational legal matters, including corporate formations, joint ventures, commercial arrangements/transactions, commercial leases, and intellectual property protection. He is adept at managing and resolving disputes and has successfully handled transactions exceeding 50 million dollars. In addition to practicing law, Hugh serves as an infantry soldier in the California Army National Guard. Prior to his legal career, he served as a congressional staffer for a Representative from California in Washington D.C. Hugh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles, and earned his Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
