Ian M. Silvers

Experience Ian Silvers joined Carlin & Buchsbaum with experience defending employees in a wide range of employment matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, and wage and hour issues. Prior to joining the team, Ian also worked as an associate at a large management side law firm, which provided him with a unique perspective on employment cases, including defense strategies. All of his past experience has been very valuable in his work representing employees. Background Ian received his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2006. Prior to law school, he received his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. Both during and after law school, Ian volunteered his legal services to assist low income individuals with employment related matters. He assisted individuals at the Katharine and George Alexander Community Law Center in San Jose, California and the Voluntary Legal Services Program in Sacramento, California.
