Jenna Rangel

Jenna Rangel is a Partner at Haeggquist & Eck, LLP. She represents employees bringing claims for wrongful termination, discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and disputes concerning wages and hours, and also represents individuals who have been victims of sexual assault. Every detail matters to Jenna, and she prides herself on nurturing open relationships with her clients. She believes in standing up for individuals and righting the wrongs perpetrated by their employers and others who have taken advantage of them. Among Jenna’s successes is her representation of a female scientist for claims of gender discrimination against The Salk Institute that resulted in a confidential settlement, her representation of female massage therapists for claims of sexual harassment by male customers against the Fairmont Grand Del Mar that resulted in a confidential settlement, and several settlements and a trial victory on behalf of a females who were sexually harassed and discriminated against while working in public service including against the County of San Diego Sheriff's Department, the Orange County Fire Authority, and the City of San Rafael Fire Department. Jenna credits her prior experience at a small full-service firm with her ability to assess the matters she now handles for employees.
