Jim C Twu

With over 10 years experience in business litigation, Mr. Twu is an expert at deposition from a variety of backgrounds, lay witnesses and experts. He served as second chair to one of the first contested spam trials (Balsam v. Trancos) which resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff. Mr. Twu graduated from University of California, Berkeley in 19** and received his law degree from University California, Davis in 1994.
