Jordan E. Ondatje Esq.

Jordan E. Ondatje is a real estate transactional attorney and partner at Blanchard, Krasner & French who joined the firm in 2017. She has extensive experience representing clients in a broad range of commercial real estate matters. Jordan routinely advises investors, developers, owners, lenders, and tenants in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions across diverse asset classes, including office, retail, multi-family, and industrial properties. Jordan provides practical, business-oriented counsel throughout all phases of a transaction—from structuring and negotiating deal terms and drafting agreements to conducting due diligence, title and survey review, as well as facilitating closings. She also handles complex lease negotiations, including ground leases and build-to-suit arrangements, as well as financing transactions. With a detail-oriented and solutions-driven approach, Jordan helps clients navigate the legal and operational aspects of real estate deals to achieve successful and efficient outcomes. In addition to her real estate practice, Jordan advises entrepreneurs, closely held businesses, and investors on a variety of corporate and business matters. This includes entity formation and structuring, contract negotiation and drafting, complex operating agreements and partnership agreements, as well as ongoing corporate governance and regulatory compliance. During law school, Jordan externed for the Honorable Cynthia Bashant and the Honorable Michael M. Anello of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California. She also worked for an employment law firm in San Diego and interned at the University of San Diego Legal Clinics. Jordan is originally from Maui and enjoys going to the beach, Pilates, and spending time with family and friends in her spare time.
