About Jordan T.L. Peters

Peters Law Inc. was formed after a long-review and study of the law firms in the Sacramento area. We believe that the firms that exist do not always offer the high-quality legal services that we believe are vital to the business community. We have experience in litigation and counseling in a variety of areas including business law, contracts, and employment law. At Peters Law Inc., our founding attorney, Jordan T. L. Peters, has devoted her career to providing assertive but compassionate employment law assistance to clients throughout the Sacramento, California, area. With a wide breadth of employment law knowledge, and a hunger for helping you end unfair treatment in the workplace, Attorney Peters is able to address various issues ranging from harassment to discrimination. In an effort to share her knowledge and stay current on changes to the law, Attorney Peters is a business and employment law professor at California State University, a position which she enjoys thoroughly. Jordan T.L. Peters graduated 9th in her class from The Ohio State College of Law. Following her graduation from law school, she clerked for a federal judge in Los Angeles (the Central District of California). From there, she moved to Sacramento where she worked for two international law firms practicing employment law and business law. At that point, Ms. Peters joined the faculty at California State University to teach business law and employment law. Ms. Peters is now a tenured, Associate Professor, in the College of Business. Despite her teaching obligations, she has stayed active in the practice of law. Ms. Peters' 15 years of experience in litigating, advising, and teaching puts her in a unique position to assist you with your employment problems and to provide you with the best, most competent advice possible.
