Joseph Parsons

Joe is the head of Brock & Gonzales’ Class Action Department. He has dedicated his entire legal career to representing California employees. Before joining B&G, Joe was a litigator at a prominent plaintiff-side class action firm, where he helped secure tens of millions of dollars in settlements for employees facing Labor Code violations. Joe graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law, where he competed on the Labor & Employment Moot Court Team and had an article on sports betting regulations published in the University of Alabama Law & Psychology Review. He completed his undergraduate studies at Virginia Tech, graduating cum laude with a degree in History while also playing NCAA Division I baseball. Between undergrad and law school, Joe sharpened his competitive drive as a professional baseball pitcher. During his offseasons, he worked in teaching, hospitality, construction, and sales—gaining firsthand insight into the challenges employees face across various industries. This diverse experience allows him to connect with workers from all backgrounds, bringing empathy, tenacity, and the relentless work ethic of an elite athlete to the courtroom. When he’s not advocating for California employees, Joe enjoys snowboarding, team sports, and hiking with his beloved German Shepherd mix, Frank.
