Joshua D. Taylor

Joshua D. Taylor is an Associate Attorney at Los Angeles Probate and Trust Litigation Law Firm with a focus on trust and estate litigation. Josh has successfully litigated numerous cases in both state and federal court, including cases at both the trial and appellate levels. Josh began his legal career with an AmLaw 100 law firm, where he practiced litigation for over four years and developed a solid litigation skill set. He then moved on to practice public interest litigation for several years, working with some of Los Angeles' most noteworthy non-profits, and affecting significant victories for the underserved community. Josh has successfully resolved cases at all stages of the pre-trial process, including through Motions to Dismiss, Motions for Summary Judgment, and mediation, and Josh's ultimate focus is on achieving clients' goals through the most cost-effective means possible. Josh graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, where he selected to serve on Law Review. While on Law Review, Josh was one of only two students whose Law Review articles were later selected for publication. Josh also excelled in moot court, where he won an award for the Best Oral Argument.
