Justin R. Rediger

Since joining Rediger Labor Law, Justin has counseled employers on a wide range of federal and state labor and employment law issues. He provides guidance to clients on the often complex aspects of California employment law that require detailed research and analysis. He represents clients in employment litigation, as well as through union organizing efforts, collective bargaining negotiations, labor arbitrations, and unfair labor practice proceedings. Justin is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies, and competed as a rower on the crew team, winning both the Pac-10 conference and IRA national team championships. He obtained his law degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.
