Kelly Perreault

Kelly Perreault is an attorney at Morrill Law, where she focuses her practice on trust and estate litigation. Before joining Morrill Law, Kelly practiced general civil litigation at a top 50 law firm in San Francisco, where she worked on a broad range of matters and developed strong advocacy skills in high-stakes settings. Kelly earned her J.D. magna cum laude from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings). During law school, she served as a teaching assistant for Legal Research and Writing and gained hands-on experience through positions at a family law firm, a major e-commerce company, and a prisoner legal services organization. She was admitted to the California Bar in 2024. She holds a B.A. cum laude in both Psychology and Spanish from the University of San Diego. Her background in psychology informs her nuanced understanding of the interpersonal dynamics that often underlie trust and estate disputes. Her fluency in Spanish and experience living abroad allow Kelly to work comfortably with clients from diverse backgrounds.
