About Leslie E. Frank
Leslie Frank is a partner of King, Holmes, Paterno & Soriano representing creators in transactions that range from recording artist collaborations to equity-for-endorsement with start-up brands to film and television. She has studied and debated copyright policy issues and business models in the digital arena since the Metallica v. Napster lawsuit in 2000, for which she was a member of the plaintiff's legal team.
